Ramen is one of my favorite food, because of the flavorful broth, 

chewy noodles, and classic toppings. It makes me happy after eating.  (*´∀`)~♥

Ramen has many kind of different soup bases, 

e.g. Shio (Salt-Based Ramen),

Shoyu (Soy Sauce-Based Ramen),

Miso (Soybean Paste Ramen),

Tonkotsu (Pork Bone Broth Ramen), and

Tori-Paitan (Chicken Bone Broth Ramen).

〈Tori-Paitan Ramen $210〉

This Ramen restaurant's location is across from the elementary school which I studied,

I want to share this restaurant's main product — Tori-Paitan Ramen.

Its broth tastes rich but not greasy, and Chashus (pork*2, chicken*1) are tender and juicy!

The Ramen Egg (Ajitsuke Tamago) is delicious, 

and purple onions & shallots can cleverly blended into the whole bowl of Ramen.

〈Chicken Karaage $80〉

The side dish — Chicken Karaage. It's crispy, but I think is little expensive. ;(

〈Tori-Paitan Ramen with Double Chashus〉 

At the end of each month, there will be an event called 〈肉多多日〉.  

The Chashus will be doubled! It's really worthwhile to go for eating in that day!
